  2. Return Shipping:
    • For Defective Products: If your product is defective, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you.
    • For Change of Mind: If you are returning the product because you changed your mind, you will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs. A shipping label will be provided for your convenience, but the cost will be deducted from your refund.
  3. 7-Day Shipping Requirement: You must ship the product back within 7 days of receiving the return label. If the product is not shipped within this timeframe, the label will be void, and your return request will be canceled.

Refund Process
